Embark on exciting journeys through the Minecraft world with your new mechanical friend! This mod adds the Mechanical Wolf to the game - a unique craftable mob that will become your loyal companion.

How to Summon the Mechanical Wolf

To summon your mechanical companion, you need to equip the Mechanical Wolf Link item in the Curios head slot. After that, you can interact with the wolf using right-click to open the module interface or use a wrench to heal it.

Module System

Your mechanical wolf can be equipped with various modules tailored to specific situations. There are four main module categories available:

🛡️ Defensive Modules

These modules enhance your companion's survivability:

• Reinforced Plates - increases the wolf's health and armor
• Netherite Plates - improved version with additional fire protection

⚔️ Offensive Modules

Improve the wolf's combat abilities:

• Smelting Fangs - adds fire damage to standard attacks
• Tesla Tail - shocks those who attack the wolf
• Mounted Crossbow - equips the wolf with a smart crossbow that only targets enemies

🏃 Movement Modules

Expand movement capabilities:

• Booster Rocket - provides temporary speed boost with short cooldown
• Quantum Drive - grants the wolf teleportation abilities

🔧 Utility Modules

You can install 2 modules from this category simultaneously:

• Mob Radar - highlights nearby hostile entities every few seconds
• Mounted Light - provides portable lighting (doesn't work underwater or in dense foliage)
• Regenerative Casing - slowly regenerates the wolf's health, eliminating the need for manual healing

New Features

Version 1.4 - Illager Workshop

Starting from version 1.4, there's a new way to obtain Mechanical Wolf parts - the Illager Workshop. The map to the workshop can be found from cartographers or wandering traders.

The workshop introduces two new illager mobs:

• Illager Engineer - attacks with a wrench, dealing powerful melee damage
• Illager Supervisor - uses a potato cannon for ranged attacks, firing various types of projectiles

The workshop is filled with valuable loot and new items essential for creating the Mechanical Wolf. It also contains captured villagers and Create blocks, making it an excellent base location after clearing out enemies.

Version 1.5 - Blueprint Schematics

Version 1.5 adds a new decorative block: the Blueprint Schematic.

It can be found in Illager Workshops or crafted with schematics. Five size variants are available: 1×1, 1×2, 2×1, 2×2, and 3×4.

Additional Features

• The module interface is only accessible to the wolf's owner
• You can name the Mechanical Wolf using a nametag
• 2 easter egg skins are available
