Create: Tank Defenses
The Create: Tank Defenses mod offers players an extensive arsenal of armored blocks for protection against various threats - from simple pickaxes to powerful explosions and artillery shells. All added elements are perfectly suited for use as armor on vehicles created with the Valkyrien Skies mod. Each block has balanced crafting recipes and is fully adapted for survival mode.
Main Features
The mod includes various types of armor, including durable solid armor with high strength indicators, reactive armor capable of neutralizing projectiles, as well as additional elements like tank hatches, bulletproof glass, external fuel tanks, and much more. The variety of materials allows creating armor with different characteristics and costs.
Compatibility
The mod was developed with compatibility in mind for Create Big Cannons, CBC: Modern Warfare, Eureka! Ships!, Clockwork and Trackwork, allowing the creation of full-fledged armored vehicles capable of withstanding powerful cannons. However, the mod can be used independently of these additions.

Types of Armor Blocks
Solid Armor
Regular Solid Armor - economical blocks that protect against standard projectiles, ideal for lightly armored vehicles or secondary protection zones.
Reinforced Solid Armor - double-layered armor blocks capable of stopping most artillery shells, although against armor-piercing shells a double layer may be required.
Fortified Solid Armor - triple-layered blocks subject to gravity (like sand or gravel), capable of easily stopping any type of projectile, but requiring significant resources to create.
Blast Glass
Blast-Resistant Glass - protects against automatic cannons and weak shells.
Reinforced Blast-Resistant Glass - more durable version with reduced transparency, capable of withstanding powerful shells.
Reactive Armor
Composite Reactive Armor - has 45% activation chance to instantly destroy projectiles, while providing good protection even when not activated.
Explosive Reactive Armor - contains explosive material, with 85% probability destroys projectiles upon impact, effective against armor-piercing and high-explosive shells.
Electromagnetic Reactive Armor - futuristic armor using electricity (up to 50kFE) to destroy projectiles, effective against slow-firing cannons.
Pressurized Reactive Armor - similar to electromagnetic, but uses fluids instead of energy, requires full filling to work.
Cage Armor
Cage Armor - economical option, similar to iron bars, suitable for areas with low protection or for decorative purposes.
Reinforced Cage Armor - more durable version with less transparency and increased blast resistance.
Special Plastanium Blocks
Bulletproof Glass - more transparent but less durable than blast-resistant glass, ideal for airplanes.
Chain Armor - semi-transparent blocks with high blast resistance but low hardness.
Fire Suppression System - block filled with water, activated by redstone to extinguish fires in a large radius.
External Fluid Tanks - large blocks for fluid storage (16000mb), with high blast resistance, ideal for additional fuel.
Tank Hatch - blocks similar to trapdoors, open/close with right-click, resistant to shells.
Barbed Wire - slows and damages entities, prevents jumping, effective for area control.
Powder Bags - cheap blocks made from sand, gravel and other powders, effective against standard projectiles.
Materials
Steel - cheap alloy made from coal and iron, easily produced in large quantities.
Titanium - durable blue metal, found rarely, titanium armor can catch fire and spread flames through the structure.
Aluminium - common metal for creating cheaper armor.
Alpha Titanium - alloy of titanium and aluminum, requires thermite for creation, used for titanium armor.
Plastanium - versatile alloy made from titanium and coal fluid, used for special blocks.
