CreRaces Classic

Important note: Pehkui is required for the mod to function correctly!

(Use the FORGE version of Pehkui!)

Ever dreamed of becoming something more than just a human in the Minecraft world? CreRaces Classic opens up a world of diverse races, each with unique abilities and features that help adapt to various survival conditions.

The special Race Selection Crystal allows you to change your race if your initial choice doesn't suit you. However, note that if you've already locked in a race, you'll need to use the Race Reset Crystal first (available only in creative mode).

Available races in version 1.1.9:

The mod offers a rich selection of races: Undead, Dwarf, Dragonborn, Harpy, Fairy, Mermaid, Elementalist, Golem, Dryad, Lycanthrope, Giant, Elf, Velox, Pixie, Troll, Orc, Kitsune, Ratkin, Slime, Goblin.

Supported Minecraft versions:

  • 1.16.5: Long Term Support (LTS)
  • 1.18.2: Active Development Support (ADS)
  • 1.19.2: Active Development Support (ADS)
  • 1.19.4: Short Term Support (STS)
  • 1.20.1: Active Development Support (ADS)

Frequently Asked Questions

How to change race?

Use the command "/creraces reset " or a special race-changing item. Cheats must be enabled to use the command.

Race settings

Individual settings for each race are located in the "creraces" subfolder within the configuration folder.

Features of some races

Some races are subraces of others - for example, Velox belongs to elves and is found in the corresponding selection tab.

Runes and their usage

When playing as Elementalist or Elf, you can activate elemental runes with a right-click to receive enhancements. Crafting recipes are available through the Runic Altar - using JEI to view recipes is recommended.

Coins and skill system

Coins drop from Undead and Illager mobs, automatically added to your Wallet. They can be spent in the Item Shop block or converted into Skill Points to level up abilities of certain races like Golem.

Race interface

To move the race interface, change your GUI scale or use the "/racegui" command to hide it.

Runic rituals

Runic rituals require precise setup - consult the Runic Handbook for detailed information. In version 1.1.9, there was a bug with ritual code generation.

More detailed information is available directly in the game.
