What is this?
This mod is a 1.12.2 fork of Crossroads MC. It contains a whole set of automation machines and items.
In this mod, you will begin with gears, steam and heat. After building a self-sustain system with those three energies involved, you can harness beam.
Beam is a complex system with many colors and reverse colors, they can apply many different effects on where they landed. Using them correctly, and you can generate infinite redstone and glowstone.
Beyond beam are two different paths: Technomancy and Alchemy. Alchemy can use to produce infinity basic metals, while Techomancy can be used in time accelerating and creating pocket dimensions.
Why make a fork?
Crossroads has abandoned 1.12.2 branch with a terrible translation key setting and a lot of hard code string. This is terrible for non-English users, so I make this fork for them. The Chinese translation is built-in.
Furthermore, newer Crossroads removed prototype blocks, anyone wants to play it will have to go back to 1.12.
Last but not least, a 1.12.2 forge fork is in development, and it may become the version which belong to the community. I want Crossroads to catch up there.
