CS2 Box

The CS2 Box mod is a completely revamped version of the popular CSGO Box addon that allows players to customize unique loot boxes. All user configurations are stored in a special file csbox/box.json where you can create and edit various types of containers.

What You Can Customize

Initially, the mod provides a basic container that offers extensive customization options. You can independently define:

• The name of each container
• The key required to open it
• Items inside the box
• Drop rates for specific items
• Which mobs can drop the containers
• Their spawning frequency

Visual Editor

The main feature of the mod is the built-in visual editor for filling containers. The rarity system fully corresponds to the principles of famous loot boxes from Counter-Strike: you have five different item rarity levels at your disposal. Each row shows the maximum number of items that can be added for the corresponding rarity level, and golden slots allow placing a larger quantity of items.

How It Works

Enter your container name in the editor's search box and click "Submit" - this will automatically add new data about the box contents to the main configuration file.

• Fixed a critical vulnerability that allowed players to create any arbitrary items
• Completely redesigned NBT data processing system - now it works without additional mods
• Configuration files are separated by container types for easier setup
