CTM Selector

This mod provides selective control over connected textures in your resource packs. If you have a pack with connected textures installed but want to disable them for specific blocks (such as logs), you can easily do so while preserving connected textures for other blocks.
Requirements
For proper mod operation, three components are required:
- Fabric or Quilt API
- Connected textures mod (Continuity or Optifine)
- CTM-capable resource pack (adding connected textures)
Resource packs must be located in the standard resourcepacks folder and activated in the usual way, as in vanilla version of the game.
Usage
After installing all necessary mods and resource packs, open the configuration screen by pressing the U key or through ModMenu. Here you will have access to all mod settings.
Key Features
-
Selective Texture Activation - You can choose which specific blocks will have connected textures from those available in your pack
-
Group Management - Ability to configure texture connection for entire block groups (for example, all types of logs or metals)
Note: If your resource pack is in a zip archive, resources will reload twice when enabling/disabling textures. This is normal behavior since zip files cannot be modified while being used by Minecraft.
For Resource Pack Developers
If you want to make your resource pack compatible with this mod, refer to the documentation at: https://git.sr.ht/~aeldit/CTMSelector/tree/main/item/docs/GROUPS.md
