Custom Cards

The Custom Cards mod allows you to create custom card sets for the Buddycards mod using only a resource pack, data pack, and configuration file.

After the first game launch, a sample file will appear in the CustomCards config folder. You'll need to copy it, rename it for your collection, and adjust the parameters. Upon restarting the game, all necessary elements will be automatically generated: models, textures, crafting recipes, tags, and language files.

You only need to perform three simple steps:

• Edit the en_us.json file to set card names and tooltips
• Customize the default textures to match your collection's style
• Add a way to obtain cards and packs in the game
