Custom Background Music

This mod provides a complete system for working with custom background music that can be used by both other mod developers and map creators.

Main Features

The system supports customizable loop points that are specified in the sounds.json file using the "loopStart" and "loopEnd" parameters. For example: "mp1.boss.flaaghra": {"sounds":[{"loopStart":387124,"loopEnd":3671832,"name":"mc4:mp1/boss/rui_flaaghra","stream":true}]}. Values are specified in samples.

Special Blocks

BGM Block - allows setting background music for a specific area of space.

Boss Spawner Block - a helper block that spawns an enemy and plays special music while that enemy is alive. Features:

• The creature disappears and the block resets if the player leaves the activation zone
• The block is only active when receiving a redstone signal
• The block outputs comparator strength 7 when the boss spawns and 15 after it is killed
• Turning off the redstone signal resets the block for reuse

Entity Tester Block - a helper block for checking the presence of entities within a specific area.
