Damage Control

The Damage Control modification gives you complete control over the health and damage system in vanilla Minecraft. While the primary audience for this mod are modpack developers and server administrators, it's also excellent for balancing single-player worlds.

Main Features

Changing Maximum Health of Creatures - You can increase or decrease the maximum health of specific mobs. For example, make creepers have 5 hearts instead of 10, or give bats 1000 hearts.

Global Health Modifier - Configure a general health multiplier for all creatures in the game, including the player. You can set it so every mob has 100 times more health.

Damage Multipliers - Apply special coefficients to different damage types. For example, drowning could deal twice as much damage, or fall damage can be completely disabled.

Global Damage Modifier - Set a general multiplier that affects all damage in the game. If you set the value to 50, every damage calculation will be increased 50 times.

How to Get Started?

After installing the mod, launch the game and load any world. This will create a configuration file containing all available settings for customizing mob health parameters and modifying various damage sources.

Compatibility with Other Mods

Creatures added by other mods automatically appear in the configuration file alongside vanilla mobs. However, with damage sources from other mods, the situation is a bit more complicated - you'll need to enter a world with both mods installed and inflict that damage type on another mob for it to be added to the configuration file.
