Daring Debug - Debugging Tools for Minecraft
Are you ready to take the risk and see additional debug information in Minecraft? This mod is intended for mod developers, pack creators, and users who need to diagnose problems in the game.
Important Warning: Due to high CPU load, it is not recommended to use this mod during normal gameplay.
Features for Version 1.14.4
- Display of TileEntity information under cursor on debug screen
- Addition of tag lists for ItemStacks in advanced tooltips
- Display of capabilities for TileEntity, Entity, Chunk and World (via debug screen), and for ItemStack (via tooltips) - disabled by default due to high load
Features for Version 1.12.2
- TileEntity information under cursor on debug screen
- oreDict list for ItemStacks in advanced tooltips and debug screen
- Display of capabilities for TileEntity, Entity, Chunk and World (via debug screen), and for ItemStack (via tooltips) - disabled by default
Practical Application
These tools are particularly useful for debugging and configuring mods that require TileEntity registration names. With the debug screen active, when looking at a block with an attached TileEntity, the Forge registration name of that TileEntity will be displayed with the prefix "TileEntity:" under the block name. This name can be used in configuration files for other mods that require TileEntity registration names.
