About the Modification

This datapack introduces players to a unique worm boss inspired by the enemy of the same name from Calamity Mod. New combat mechanics and interesting items will diversify your adventures in desert biomes.

Installation

Installation follows the standard procedure for datapacks. Be sure to activate the included resource pack for proper content display.

New Content

Bundle

Now the bundle can be crafted, making inventory organization easier.

Sand Tornado

A dangerous natural phenomenon that appears in deserts. The tornado chases the nearest player and throws them high into the air. The chance of appearance increases significantly during rainy weather.

Desert Scourge

A powerful worm boss that can be summoned in the desert using the Suspicious Horn. Has 250 health points and uses various attack tactics:

• Direct attacks from underground
• Summoning mini-worms that jump out of the ground and attack random players

After defeating the boss, unique loot - Barinade - appears in place of its head.

Barinade is a bow whose arrows are not affected by gravity and have high flight speed. Arrows that hit blocks disappear.

Compatibility

Conflicts may occur with other modifications and datapacks that somehow alter pigs.

Optimization

The optimization of this modification is not ideal. It is strongly recommended not to summon more than one worm simultaneously for stable game performance.
