Detour's VANILLA PLUS EDITION Mansions

This datapack fundamentally transforms woodland mansions, turning them into more rich and engaging structures. The data package completely reworks every hall of the building: some rooms are completely redesigned, others receive significant improvements, making exploration truly exciting.

Key Changes

Loot in chests and from mobs has been completely revised and expanded. Special spawning mechanics apply inside mansions: increased chances of encountering witches, plus the ability for pillagers to spawn. In certain rooms, you'll discover archaeological elements that add to the exploration atmosphere. The building's roof has been turned into a beautiful garden instead of the standard covering.

Important Balance Features

To maintain game balance, the loot tables for illagers have been adjusted: pillagers now drop arrows, and evokers no longer drop totems outside mansions (they drop enchanted books with available properties instead). If these changes don't fit your gameplay style, you can always disable them: navigate to the "Detour VANILLA PLUS EDITION Mansions → data → minecraft → loot_tables → entities" folder and remove the files responsible for loot.
