Diet Mod
Diet is a Minecraft modification that introduces a food group and nutrition system, allowing players to track and manage their dietary intake. The mod comes with a default configuration that includes five classic food groups: fruits, grains, vegetables, proteins, and sugars.

Food Group System
Each food group represents a separate category of consumed food. The level of each group ranges from 0% to 100% depending on how much food from that category the player has eaten. Values increase when consuming corresponding foods and gradually decrease as the hunger bar is depleted.
Group Configuration
The mod provides extensive customization options through the diet-groups.toml file located in the world save's serverconfig folder. You can create your own food groups with customizable parameters:
- Group name
- Item icon
- Color in HEX format
- Display order
- Default value
- Gain multiplier
- Decay multiplier

Dietary Effects
The dietary effects system allows configuring bonuses and penalties for players based on food group values. Effects are configured through the diet-effects.toml file and can include:
- Any registered potion effects (vanilla and from mods)
- Direct attribute modifications (e.g., increasing maximum health)
- Flexible activation conditions
- Cumulative effect application
