This mod dramatically increases Minecraft's difficulty by completely overhauling hostile mob behavior. From minor adjustments to major changes - almost every aggressive monster has received new abilities and characteristics. Major Changes by Mob Categories
General Improvements
- Doubled pursuit distance for all mobs
- Wounded mobs don't retreat when health is below 50%
- Most hostile creatures attack villagers
- Mounted mobs have improved terrain navigation
Arthropods
Cave spiders spawn in dungeons, with deeper areas having higher spawn rates. Silverfish can infest any stone, not just mountain rock. All arthropods don't take fall damage.
Skeletons
Skeletons learned to swim and retreat from players. Can spawn with spectral arrows. Strays shoot freezing arrows in any cold biomes. Wither skeletons wield bows and iron swords.
Undead
All undead steal health when attacking and ignore damage from other undead creatures. Phantoms fly through blocks, avoid illuminated areas and spawn in End Cities.
Zombies
Have increased knockback resistance and more frequently call reinforcements. Can spawn in various variants: fast, durable, resistant and summoning. Baby zombies can spawn in groups.
Illagers
Pillagers can transform into pillatroopers - flying archers with fireworks. Evokers became immune to arrows, and illusioners appeared in mansions. Vindicators and ravagers joined patrols.
Common Mobs
Creepers don't take explosion damage, instead they ignite. Their explosions apply weakness and mining fatigue effects. Guardians attack other mobs silently. Slimes merge into larger forms.
Nether Inhabitants
Blazes set targets on fire when attacking. Ghasts received significant health increases. Magma cubes ignite on collision. Piglins are hostile to players without full golden armor.
End Inhabitants
Endermen can blind when attacking. Chorus plants are infested with endermites. Shulker projectiles remove levitation.
Bosses
Ender Dragon summons phantoms when crystals are destroyed. Wither became significantly stronger - increased health, wither skeletons appear at half health and causes thunderstorms until its death.
