Disable Elytra Flight

This modification serves one specific, crucial purpose — it completely disables the ability to fly using elytras! If you're a server owner concerned about performance, this module will be your reliable assistant. Fast player movement through the air puts significant strain on the server, so disabling flying items can substantially improve game stability.

All elytras in the game will show a visual broken state effect, although they're not actually damaged — they just no longer allow flight. This way, players will immediately understand that flying is temporarily unavailable.
