Acolytes of Time (A Trade Dimension Mod)
How to Access the Dimension
To create a portal to the new dimension, you'll need a special access block - Shroomlight. This block can be found in the Nether on warped fungus trees.
Main Features
Trading Dimension
This unique dimension is entirely dedicated to trading. To craft the key for entry, you'll need Lapis Lazuli and Dragon's Breath. Whether you use other trade-enhancement mods or play vanilla, this dimension will be a true discovery for players who prefer a solitary lifestyle. Here you can trade continuously without interference or the need to build houses for respawning.
Important Warning
The landscape resembles the End, so be extremely careful when moving - always watch your step to avoid falling into the void. For safe travel, using an Elytra is highly recommended.
New Plants and Items
Villager Summoning Plant
Since regular villagers rarely appear in the End, a special plant has been added to the mod. When destroyed, a villager appears at that location, and you receive a tamed version of the plant that can be used to create powerful new items.
Spine Weapon and Armor Set
-
Spine Sword - inflicts poison for 10 seconds, but has significantly reduced damage compared to an iron sword and cannot be enchanted.
-
Spine Chestplate - provides regeneration while sneaking, but quickly depletes the hunger bar. Equivalent to a chainmail chestplate.
-
Spine Club - applies the Wither effect for 2 seconds. Crafted from two sticks and a tamed villager plant. Without the effect, it's comparable in strength to a wooden axe.
Dimension History
The Acolytes of Time are the only surviving sector of Sanctuary and the Golden Realm not plunged into complete darkness. This place serves as evidence of the true power of Wandering Traders. Perhaps here they contemplate and intersect with other dimensions and timelines... All for the sake of trading.
Don't worry about past conflicts - traders easily forgive instances where you killed their kind for leads. As long as emeralds jingle in their pockets, death means nothing to them. Their belief revolves around the cycle of trade and death: the more a person traded in life, the higher their chance of rebirth with preserved memories. They fear not death... but the loss of memory.
