Dragon Mounts- GreenBoy's Tameable Dragons
This modification for Minecraft 1.20.1 requires the Geckolib Mod installation to handle the realistic dragon animations.
With this addon, three unique types of tameable dragons are added to the game. Visually, they resemble the Ender Dragon but possess their own characteristics and abilities. To obtain these companions, you need to find their eggs in specially generated structures located in the End or jungle biomes.
Main Features
Three dragon types are available:
- Frost Dragon
- Fire Dragon
- Universal Dragon
Taming Process
Dragon breeding occurs through eggs. After placing an egg and waiting for a certain time, an adult specimen hatches. Different items are used to tame each type:
- Frost Dragon - bucket of snow
- Fire Dragon - bucket of lava
- Universal Dragon - obsidian or crying obsidian
Combat Abilities
Each type possesses unique attacks:
- Frost Dragon releases ice projectiles. Attacks particularly powerfully when its owner is attacked or attacks other mobs.
- Universal Dragon - the strongest among its counterparts. Uses combined attacks: fireballs, ice strikes, and launches projectiles similar to TNT.
- Fire Dragon shoots fireballs.
Power Hierarchy
Dragons are ranked by power as follows:
- Universal Dragon (most powerful)
- Fire Dragon
- Frost Dragon
Flight Control
The following keys are used to control the dragon in flight:
- WASD - forward, backward, left, right movement
- X - ascend upward
- Z - descend downward

Structures containing dragon eggs generate in End and jungle biomes. Explore these territories to find valuable clutches.
