Dungeons and Taverns Ocean Monument Overhaul
This project is part of the Dungeons and Taverns modification series, but it is completely standalone and does not require the main Dungeons and Taverns mod to function. The core Dungeons and Taverns version does NOT include this project's functionality. If you enjoyed this content and want to see more similar structures, check out the author's other works!
Main Changes
The Ocean Monument undergoes a radical transformation, becoming a significantly rarer structure. Its rarity now matches that of Woodland Mansions — only one monument appears in an 80×80 chunk area, with a minimum distance of 20 chunks between two monuments.
Technically, the monument uses the Jigsaw system, allowing maximum efficient use of interior space to create diverse rooms. Architecturally, the complex is divided into 7 sections, each featuring 4 different variations.
Interior Content
Each room inside the monument has unique characteristics: the room type determines the number of design options, ranging from 3 to 8 different versions. For additional variety, there are 4 wall types and 4 door types.
Special attention is given to the treasure system: each of the 7 monument sections contains at least one room with valuable finds. The central chambers of the Elder Guardians stand out for their particular wealth — here you'll find three treasure rooms: two with regular loot and one with especially valuable trophies.
At the top of the complex, in the main Elder Guardian chamber, lies a grand treasure chest containing a guaranteed Trident with durability ranging from 50% to 80%.
