Durability Viewer Updated
This mod was created due to the lack of suitable solutions for displaying item durability in Minecraft. It offers extended functionality compared to similar modifications.
Main Features
Display of item durability with color coding: green, white, yellow, and red colors indicate the current state of your equipment. For almost new items, it shows not the remaining durability but the number of uses - for example, a diamond pickaxe used 5 times will be displayed as -5, not 1556. This is especially convenient when using the "Mending" enchantment to repair tools.
Additionally, the number of free inventory slots is displayed, allowing you to quickly assess whether you can continue resource mining or should return to your chest. The remaining time of potion effects is also shown, eliminating the need to open the inventory for checking.
Useful Functions
When reaching a critical durability level (less than 10% and less than 100 units), a warning sound is played, helping to avoid breaking valuable tools. These threshold values can be configured. Another convenient option is setting the window title in the format "
Configuration
All mod versions support parameter configuration. For Fabric with installed ModMenu, use the gear icon in the mod interface. If desired, you can replace the sound alert by replacing the tool_breaking.ogg file in the .jar archive or deleting it to completely disable the sound.
Mod performance has been optimized using a profiler to ensure smooth game operation.
