Easy Enchantments
This datapack completely transforms the crafting system for enchanted books in Minecraft, making their creation simple and intuitive. Instead of lengthy searches and trading with villagers, you can easily craft any enchanted books right at your crafting table!
How does the crafting system work?
To create each maximum-level enchanted book, you use a regular book and one special item corresponding to the enchantment's theme:
- Aqua Affinity: Copper Ingot
- Blast Protection: TNT
- Channeling: Lightning Rod
- Depth Strider: Water Bucket
- Efficiency: Iron Pickaxe
- Feather Falling: Feather
- Fire Aspect: Blaze Rod
- Fire Protection: Magma Cream
- Flame: Blaze Powder
- Fortune: Chest
- Frost Walker: Blue Ice
- Impaling: Prismarine Shard
- Infinity: Spectral Arrow
- Knockback: Slimeball
- Loyalty: Lead
- Luck of the Sea: Cod
- Lure: Fishing Rod
- Mending: Experience Bottle
- Multishot: Arrow
- Piercing: Crossbow
- Power: Bow
- Projectile Protection: Fire Charge

Additional Changes
The system also includes simplified recipes for other useful items:
- End Crystals, Respawn Anchors, and Ender Chests are now much easier to craft
- Enchanted Golden Apples and Experience Bottles have become available for crafting
These changes make the gameplay more balanced and allow players to focus on exploration and building rather than searching for rare enchantments.
