Eco Mobs

The Eco Mobs modification offers players new exploration opportunities after obtaining netherite. You'll encounter unique mobs, blocks, items, armor, tools, structures, and trading options.

Stone Turtle Turterr

The Turterr is a land turtle made of stone. These creatures lay eggs that hatch into baby turtles. There are three development stages in total, with the first being the smallest.

From Turterr scales, you can craft new armor that surpasses netherite in durability. This armor provides high knockback resistance and is crafted using chainmail armor as a base.

You can ride Turterrs using special saddles. While riding, they act like steamrollers, destroying all nearby blocks.

Baby Turterr

The first development stage appears only from Turterr eggs. The first player or adult Turterr the baby sees becomes its "mother." The baby will follow its mother and hide in its shell when taking damage. To make babies follow you, you need to place eggs away from adult Turterrs but stay nearby when they hatch.

Water Snake Jorvann

Jorvann is a water mob resembling a snake, with 150 health points. If this creature kills 50 or more other entities, it transforms into an enhanced red version called Jormungandr.

Jorvann Helmet

From Jorvann scales, you can craft a special helmet. By pressing the "R" key, you can use a ranged attack based on Jorvann's scream.

Jormungandr Ruins

This structure generates in oceans and is the only way to obtain the new blocks added by the modification. The map to this structure can be purchased from wandering traders. In the center of the ruins, you'll find the boss Jormungandr surrounded by Jorvanns.

Silver Crystal

This is a new material used for crafting tools and upgrading armor. It's the strongest material in the modification after the Jormungandr helmet. First, you need to collect silver crystal fragments to create the full item, then upgrade your netherite armor at the smithing table. Obtaining this material is challenging since it's found only in Jormungandr ruins, and the ore is very hard even with Haste 2 effect.

Turterr Herds

This structure is the only place where you can find Turterrs. The center features something resembling a nest.
