Equivalent Exchange

Equivalent Exchange opens up the possibility for players to transmute various materials into each other. This mod adds many elements that many consider "endgame content," allowing you to feel like a true deity in the Minecraft sandbox world. If such mechanics contradict your ideas about classic gameplay, this mod might not be for you.
Items in the mod require enormous resource investments, so before criticizing their balance, try obtaining them through legitimate means - this will prove to be a challenging task.
Dependencies
Different versions of the mod require various dependencies:
- Versions 1.15 and 2.08b: Risugami's ModLoader and AudioMod
- Version 3.53 (ItemSprite API): ModLoader, AudioMod, and scokeev9's ItemSprite API v1.2
- Version 3.53+ (Forge): ModLoader, ModLoader MP, AudioMod, and Forge
Important: Version 1.15 is a jarmod and should be installed directly into minecraft.jar, not in the /mods/ folder.
Troubleshooting
Klein Star doesn't fuel devices / Gem of Eternal Density doesn't condense items / Crafting mod items produces Klein Star fragments
You need to charge the item and activate it.
When collector/condenser finishes, the product disappears
Check the chest next to the device.
Block/Item ID Conflicts
The mod uses a configuration file mod_EE.props in the .minecraft directory containing all IDs and keyboard settings. The error log (modloader.txt) will indicate the specific conflict.
When updating from version 1.7.3 for new worlds, you must delete the mod_EE.props file. To use old worlds from version 1.7.3, follow the instructions above the download links for version 1.8.1.
Keyboard control conflicts between mods
Key settings can be changed in the mod_EE.props file.
BuildCraft Autocrafting Tables don't work with recipes using the Philosopher's Stone
Make sure there's a chest next to the autocrafting table containing a Philosopher's Stone. For other recipes, appropriate items will be required.
Error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: IItemTexture
This error indicates missing or incorrect version of ItemSprite API.
How to charge items and control them?
Default control keys: Charge tools/items: V Release charge/use superpower: R Toggle item active effects: G Open Philosopher's Stone Crafting/Transmutation: C [Use when fully charged to open Transmutation Grid]
Is the Philosopher's Stone consumed in recipes?
No.
Gravity Greaves' "Groundstomp" ability doesn't work
With movement abilities activated, there may be a conflict with Smart Moving and Player API mods.
