What is this mod about?

Equivalent Exchange 2 opens up a system of alchemical transmutation for players, allowing the conversion of some materials into others through a special EMC energy system. This is a mod for those who want to achieve true power in their Minecraft world.

The main concept is built around the principle of equivalent exchange - every item has its energy value (EMC) that can be used to create other materials. The system includes:

• Philosopher's Stone - the main tool for transmutation
• Transmutation Tables - stationary devices for mass conversion
• Collectors and Relays - automatic systems for collecting and transmitting EMC
• Dark and Red Matter - advanced materials with unique properties
• Klein Stars - portable EMC energy storage

Installation

For client (Minecraft 1.2.5)

1. Install the required version of ModLoader into minecraft.jar
2. Remove META-INF folder from minecraft.jar
3. Install the required version of Forge into minecraft.jar
4. Place EE2ClientV####.jar file into /mods folder
5. Launch Minecraft and enjoy the game!

For server (Minecraft 1.2.5)

1. Install the required version of Forge into minecraft.jar
2. Place EE2ServerV####.jar file into server's /mods folder
3. Start the server and play!

Compatibility and features

The mod supports integration with other popular mods including Forestry, BuildCraft and IndustrialCraft 2. For optimal performance, it's recommended to use compatible versions of dependencies.

Important: Many items in this mod require significant resources to craft, making them a real challenge even for experienced players. This is endgame content that turns you into a true master of the Minecraft world.
