
All Falling Damage Mod
This mod completely overhauls the physics of falling blocks in Minecraft. Now all objects falling from above deal damage upon collision with surfaces.
Core Functionality
All loose materials including sand, red sand, dragon eggs, and other movable blocks become dangerous to entities positioned beneath them. The only exception is the anvil, which retains its standard behavior.
The damage strength is directly proportional to the falling height of the block. Each block traveled in free fall adds 1 unit of damage. Thus, a collapsing sand column 10 blocks high will deliver substantial damage.
Operating Modes
The mod supports several variations in falling block behavior, switchable via the /everything_hurts
command:
- default - normal falling with damage application
- mode1 - blocks continue generating during the falling process
- mode2 - falling objects transform into blocks they touch
- mode3 - collapsing cubes disappear after landing
Complex structures made of loose materials become particularly dangerous - columns or ceilings made of sand or gravel now pose a real survival threat.
