Emotions mod
Important Features of the Modification
I want to immediately note several important points about this mod. Emotions Mod is an experimental development that I used on my YouTube channel for over a year. The main reason I didn't publish this mod for a long time is that it cannot automatically adapt to each player's skins — you'll have to configure it manually.
This is already the third prototype version, and since the mod is far from perfect, I've disabled comments on the project. You might have questions and issues when combining it with other mods, but the main difficulty is the huge variety of skins among different players.
Technical Limitations
The codes I used were changed after version 1.10.2, so the mod is only available for Minecraft 1.8.9. This is a hobby project that is not compatible with multiplayer and is not suitable for use on servers.
I've already found a way to port the mod to new versions and make it work in multiplayer, but as a beginner developer doing this in my free time, I can't promise quick updates — please be understanding.
Getting Started
Before using, it's recommended to disable the hat display on the skin.

The emotions helmet is only available in creative mode.

In the control settings, assign keys for managing emotions.

After configuration, the mod is ready to use, but you'll need to adapt it to your skin.

Texture Configuration
Open the mod file using WinRAR and navigate to the assets/emotions/textures/items folder.

The emotion_0 texture appears on the helmet when no key is pressed — it's recommended to use your skin's face for this texture.

For the other emotions, use your imagination or refer to the preset examples.
Here's the helmet area in Minecraft that you can use to create various combinations:

For example, you can add hair or accessories:

Forge supports high-resolution textures, which allows creating more detailed emotions. I'll show how to use them later.
