Entity Anti-Damage
Entity Anti Damage is a practical mod that provides precise control over damage interactions between entities in your Minecraft world. The mod is particularly useful for modpack creators and server administrators who want to protect specific creatures or modify combat behavior.
Key Features
• Protection of specific entities from player damage • Prevention of attacks from certain creatures against players • Shielding entities from magical damage (compatible with Mine and Slash and Iron Spell Books) • Control over which entities can target players • Simple configuration via JSON files • In-game reload command (/entityantidamage reload)
By default, the mod comes pre-configured to protect village NPCs from MCA (Minecraft Comes Alive), but you can easily modify the list of protected entities for any in-game creature through the configuration file.
Perfect Usage Scenarios
• Protecting important NPCs from accidental damage • Creating safe zones with neutral mobs • Preventing attacks from modded creatures • Controlling magical damage from popular magic mods
Configuration files are located in the config/EntityAntiDamage folder and can be modified without restarting the game using the reload command.
Command Permission Levels
• /entityantidamage reload — requires administrator privileges (access level 2)
