Epic Enchantment Effects in Epic Fight
This compact mod enhances Epic Fight gameplay with stunning visuals by generating dynamic particles around your weapons based on their enchantments! The effect intensity directly correlates with the number of active enchantments — the fewer enchantments generating particles, the more vibrant and concentrated they appear. As the number of enchantments increases, the effects become more subtle and evenly distributed.

Advanced Configuration Options
Adding New Weapons
The mod automatically supports swords, axes, and Epic Fight specialized weapons, but you can expand this list using tags and flexible file configuration!
There are two approaches to adding weapons — for unique individual items and for entire groups through tags.
Start by creating a resource pack with the folder path:
assets/epic_fightutilities/weapons
In this folder you can place JSON files with specific parameters:
-
Weapon Tags (files starting with
tag) — for group configuration Examples show how to set particle effect start and end points for entire weapon categories. -
Individual Weapons (files starting with
weapon_) — for precise configuration of specific items Important: Weapons configured this way won't support interaction with off-hand weapons. -
Off-Hand Compatibility — files with prefixes
capabilitytagandcapabilityweaponallow configuring weapons that work in combination with items in the off-hand.
Adding Entities for Effects
Want specific entities to emit particles when weapons are used? This is possible but requires caution!
To do this, add the entity type to the tag:
data/blade_config_tag/tags/entity_types/valid_entity.json
Warning: The entity must be pre-configured for Epic Fight compatibility, otherwise game crashes may occur!
Additional Configuration Parameters
The mod provides additional fine-tuning options:
- You can choose the fire type for effects — standard orange or enchanted blue
- Settings to bypass fire enchantment requirements for specific items
Extensive customization options make this mod an excellent choice for players who want to make their Minecraft combat experience truly spectacular!
