What is this datapack for?

This convenient datapack has a single purpose - it disables the ability to craft balloons in the Eureka! mod using the workbench.

What's the point of such a restriction?

You've probably considered adding Valkyrien Skies and Eureka! to your modpack, but didn't want players to be able to build flying ships. That's exactly why this datapack was created - it allows you to enjoy sea voyages without breaking the game balance with aerial vessels.

After installing the datapack, you'll be able to create ships that travel across water (and partially on land, as it's technically difficult to completely disable land movement). This solution is perfect for servers where players build fleets for sea expeditions, but flying with balloons seems too powerful or ruins the atmosphere.

Important Note

Balloons do not completely disappear from the game. They can still be obtained through creative mode or admin commands, but for regular players in survival mode, they become unavailable as the crafting recipes are completely removed.
