ewewukek's Musket Mod
Mod Overview
This modification introduces the ability to craft and use historical firearms - muskets and pistols, which can be created using special crafting recipes.
Game Mechanics
Weapons are fired using the standard use item key. It's important to note that firearm usage is impossible underwater.
Weapon Types
Musket

Primary ranged weapon with impressive characteristics:
- Damage dealt: 20.5 - 21.0 points
- Durability: 250 uses
The weapon cannot be used from the offhand.
Musket with Bayonet

Enhanced version of the musket that deals 5 points of melee damage.
Pistol

Compact firearm with the following parameters:
- Damage: 12.0 - 12.5 points
- Durability: 150 shots
Bullets travel slower than from the musket. Can be used in both hands simultaneously, but only the pistol in the main hand is loaded. To load the second weapon, swap pistols between hands.

Configuration
Configuration file is located at: GAME_DIRECTORY/config/musketmod.txt
The following parameters are available for modification: weapon durability, damage dealt, bullet speed, maximum travel distance, and shooting accuracy.
Bullet spread follows normal distribution as in real life, but configuring this parameter can be complex. A special table is available to simplify the process.
In the current version, reload duration is not configurable, but this may change in future updates.
