New Enchantment for Your Tools

The Experience Durability mod introduces a unique enchantment that fundamentally changes how item durability works. Instead of gradually losing durability, your tools and weapons will now consume experience points when used.

Interaction Features

When an item is enchanted with this effect, each time it's used, a certain amount of experience will be spent rather than reducing the durability meter. This allows you to maintain valuable tools in perfect condition as long as you have sufficient experience reserves.

Synergy with Other Enchantments

The interaction with the "Mending" enchantment is particularly interesting. If your item has both of these enchantments simultaneously, the experience cost for using the item is halved. This creates a powerful combination that makes your tools nearly eternal when you have a constant source of experience.
