External Tweaker
Note: Currently the mod is not being updated or supported.
External Tweaker is a specialized tool that functions both as an in-game mod and as an external program for working with CraftTweaker scripts. This combination significantly simplifies the process of creating, managing, and editing scripts for game content customization.
Main Features
-
Multi-tasking script work: You can simultaneously open multiple files, create new ones, or delete unnecessary scenarios, providing flexibility in work
-
Minimal launch requirements: For the program to work, only one launch from the game is sufficient (except when data changes occur due to mod updates)
-
Compatibility with external scripts: The system works perfectly with files created outside the External Tweaker environment, including correct recognition of variables
-
Automatic list compilation: The program dynamically receives complete lists of all items, fluids, and entries from Ore Dictionary, completely eliminating the need to use the
/mt handcommand -
Automatic recipe updates: The system automatically loads all recipe functions from installed mods, eliminating the need for manual list updates. Attention: recipes that don't function or aren't loaded may be detected, especially when using Modtweaker
-
Universal compatibility: All types of recipes are supported, including standard workbenches, furnaces, Modtweaker functions, as well as specific modifications added by other developers
-
Customizable parameters: Ability to assign names to parameters for easy identification. To save changes, data export must be performed
-
Flexible data work: Import and export data with the ability to separate information by categories (recipes, items, fluids, Ore Dictionary), allowing import of only necessary changes

Quick Usage Guide
- Install Crafttweaker and this mod in the mods folder
- Optionally download the external program from the additional files section for version 1.10.2
- Launch Minecraft and execute the
/extTweakercommand directly in the game - After opening the program, explore the available buttons and start editing
- Be sure to specify the recipe type - "remove" or "add/other" - this is critically important for correct script saving
- Don't forget to save created scenarios
- To use the program without having to launch Minecraft every time: export the data, after which you can import it the next time you open the program. Important: perform data import before opening scripts
The program is compatible with Minecraft versions: 1.7.10, 1.10.2, 1.11.2 and 1.12
