A Pack of Floating Islands for Survival!
With this pack, you'll get a completely new game world consisting of islands floating in the sky in the Overworld and the Nether. The height of the islands ranges from -64 to 319 blocks, and the islands are larger in size for greater variety.
Game Features:
Water buckets become an indispensable tool, allowing you to easily move between islands. Use them to build waterfalls for ascending or descending.
Resource gathering becomes more visual, as ore veins can often be spotted right on the surface of the islands. This simplifies early-game mining but doesn't take away the excitement.
The void stretches deep beneath the islands! Falling into it will lead to the loss of all items in your inventory if you don't have the KeepInventorygame rule enabled. Be extremely careful!
Mining resources requires special caution. Be careful while digging, as there might be emptiness under your feet, and you risk falling at any moment.
Pay special attention to sand and gravel blocks. Their unstable structure can lead to unexpected collapses right under your feet.
Despite all the challenges, the gameplay difficulty is rated as medium. This is a unique yet balanced experience that will require wit from you, not mindless grind.
How to Enable the Pack:
- Press the "Create New World" button.
- Make sure the datapack is activated for this world.
- In the world settings menu, change the "World Type" parameter to
generator.floating.island - Finish creating the world and begin your new adventure!
