Fluidium
This server-side mod optimizes the fluid far from players by delaying its ticking.
Config

FluidTickDelayChance = 0.5 # Tick skip probability (0.0-1.0)
Integration
Ticks of fluid in FTB Chunks claimed areas or Forge force-loaded chunks will never be delayed.
Note
Fluid will still tick when you walk close to it. You will never get freezing water block in caves.
This mod is inspired by the original DIT.
