The Frostbyte's Slabs & Stairs mod significantly expands building possibilities in Minecraft by adding numerous partial block variations for standard game materials.

Main Features

This mod introduces various types of construction elements for vanilla blocks, including concrete, terracotta, decorative stone types, and other materials. The distribution of block variations among materials follows this logic:

Walls are available for all metal, wooden, ice, and stone blocks. Slabs and stairs are also added for these same material categories. Fences and gates are provided for wooden blocks and nether bricks. Buttons and pressure plates can be crafted from metals, wood, and basic forms of stone blocks (excluding cracked, chiseled, polished variants). Special layers, functioning similarly to snow layers, are available for leaves, sand, gravel, concrete powder, and finished concrete.

To avoid recipe conflicts, some wooden elements can only be created using the stonecutter.
