Frostwalker always melts

This small mod fixes the issue with the Frostwalker enchantment by removing the light level check for melting ice blocks. Now the icy surface created by this enchantment will melt under any lighting conditions, not just when there's sufficient light.

Problem Solution

Fixes the annoying situation where players leave behind icy trails that don't disappear due to slight shadows over water. Now the ice will melt regardless of light level, maintaining environmental cleanliness and preventing the accumulation of unwanted ice blocks.
