This Farmer's Delight add-on allows you to deep fry food.
Firstly, you need oil to deep fry anything, so you can now make Sunflower Oil in the cooking pot, using 3 sunflowers and a bottle to be "served on".
You can them put this Sunflower Oil in a cauldron. You need to put a heated block under the cauldron and it'll start boiling. You can then start frying food now!
You can put different foods in the cauldron, and after waiting 5 seconds, the now ready deep fried food will pop out. You can see the recipes on the image above, and to make raw fries, just take a potato, and cut it on a cutting board.
