FWP Architecture Enhancements
Minecraft has long suffered from a severe shortage of building blocks for realistic construction. While various updates and mods offered additional options, creating modern houses and buildings remained a challenging task. This is exactly the problem that Architectural Enhancements from the FWP team solves.
What the Mod Offers
This mod, despite its simple concept, contains a huge variety of building materials inspired by real counterparts. You'll have at your disposal:
- 120 drywall blocks in 40 colors with three trim options
- 95 siding panels in 24 colors with various border types
- 13 wooden sidings in different shades
- 20 roofing materials in various colors
- 50 tile coverings with light and dark grout
- 48 brick blocks in diverse colors
- 26 carpet coverings in various styles and colors
- 12 subway tiles in different shades
- 12 hardwood floors in natural and artificial colors
Plus many other materials: concrete foundations, lawn coverings, plywood sheets, ceiling panels, wooden beams, vinyl coverings, wallpapers, stained concrete, wood paneling, metal roofs, door panels, shutters, diner tiles, corrugated metal, and much more.
The mod adds a total of 826 unique blocks for construction!
Compatibility and Recommendations
The mod works excellently with ArchitectureCraft, LittleTiles, and MalisisDoors. These mods allow creating complex structures using textures from Architectural Enhancements - for example, roofs with shingles, doors with panels, or thin walls.
Important Information
ATTENTION: Currently, the mod is not ready for survival mode - crafting recipes have not been added yet. The developers plan to fix this in the near future.
Also, the addition of glass blocks is planned, but due to technical features of MCreator, this function is temporarily unavailable.
The team continues working on the mod and plans to regularly add new blocks and material categories.
