Get Back to Home
Requirements: This mod requires AppleCore to be installed.
Compatibility: The modification is fully compatible with Minecraft versions 1.13 and higher. For versions where Forge or AppleCore are not yet released, the plugin is ready to work immediately after their release.
Basic Commands
Use simple chat commands to manage the teleportation system:
/sethomeor/createhome- set resurrection point/homeor/back- instantly return to the established location/removehomeor/deletehome- delete home point (not required for changing position)
Important Fix: Fixed a vanilla Minecraft bug - with zero hunger and saturation levels, the exhaustion indicator no longer decreases automatically.
Movement Cost Configuration
For every block traveled, the player spends exhaustion points (standard game parameter). Default settings use vanilla values:
- 0.1 point per meter of horizontal movement (running)
- 0.2 points per meter of upward movement (jumping while running)
- Free downward movement
The configuration file provides four modifiers: cost_for_one_meter_horizontally, cost_for_one_meter_up, cost_for_one_meter_down, and the global multiplier cost_multiplier.
Teleportation Payment Systems
Two payment options are available (selected in settings):
Option 1: Movement cost is added to the character's exhaustion level, after which standard mechanics reduce saturation and hunger. Teleportation is guaranteed, but with insufficient hunger, death from exhaustion is possible.
Option 2: Automatic deduction of saturation, hunger, and food from the quick access panel (not from the entire inventory). With insufficient resources, teleportation is canceled without changing character parameters.
Important for Hunger Overhaul Users: When using the first payment option, set the "I:damageOnStarve" parameter to 1 (standard value) or another non-critical number in the Hunger Overhaul configuration.
Additional Features
Teleportation in Fall: Disabled by default, but can be activated in settings.
Delay Before Teleportation: Two modes available:
- Delay - wait 3 seconds before moving
- Stay Still - need to remain in place for 3 seconds (teleportation interrupts with movement or damage received)
Safety: Support for blocking teleportation when enemies are within a 5-meter radius (configurable).
Teleportation with Mounts: Flexible configuration for movement on horses, boats, and other vehicles. When teleporting with transport, a configurable cost multiplier is applied.
Setting New Home: Three methods to choose from:
- Chat Commands (default) - via
/sethomeor/createhome - Sleep in Bed - automatic home setting when using a bed
- Combined Mode - sleep changes home location while commands remain active
