Mod Overview

Server-side mod for Fabric that enables players to replace their characters with special AFK anchors. These devices fully simulate real player presence in the world, ensuring continuous operation of game processes.

Key Features

Intelligent AFK Anchors

• In-game anchors are displayed using name tags and visual particles
• Forcibly load corresponding chunks and maintain standard mob spawning
• Automatically generate game events as if an actual player were present

Management Commands

/afk - replaces current player with AFK anchor in online world. When rejoining the game, the anchor is automatically removed. Available to all users.

Operator commands:

• /afk anchor add - places anchor in specified world location with optional name
• /afk anchor remove - removes specific anchor by name or coordinates
• Ability to mass remove all active anchors at once
• Anchors persist even after server restart

Operational Features

Compatibility and Settings:

• To prevent automatic server pause, it's recommended to set pause-when-empty-seconds parameter to -1 in the server.properties file
• Fake players do not attract phantom attention - these creatures only hunt living players
