Grass Be Gone - Getting Rid of Annoying Grass

Imagine: you've found a perfectly flat area to build your base, but the ground is completely covered with grass. Instead of starting construction right away, you have to spend time removing every blade of grass or flooding everything with water, resulting in your inventory filling up with unwanted seeds.

Perhaps you simply think that certain plant blocks shouldn't appear on the world surface, but editing data packs seems too complicated.

Grass Be Gone was created specifically to solve these problems.

By default, the mod disables the generation of regular grass (minecraft:grass), while tall grass continues to appear, so you can still obtain seeds in the usual way.

You can configure the GrassBeGone.toml file to add specific plants to the blacklist for generation - including those added by other mods.

Important: bone meal usage is not affected - you can still grow grass and flowers with it.

Terrain generation (stones, ores and other resources) is not changed by this mod.
