GRAVITAS

The GRAVITAS mod fundamentally redesigns fall physics across different Minecraft dimensions, creating unique gameplay conditions for each world.

In the End dimension, gravity becomes significantly weaker - low gravity operates here with 50% reduced fall damage. This creates an interesting mechanic: precise character control becomes more challenging, but elytra usage transforms into an unforgettable spectacle with prolonged and manageable flights.

The Nether welcomes players with completely opposite conditions. Gravity level here is increased compared to the regular world, and fall damage is enhanced by 25%. Under enhanced gravity conditions, soul sand acquires properties of genuine quicksand - movement through it slows down considerably, and jumping onto blocks becomes impossible.

This mod is developed as part of an upcoming datapack project, offering deep and thoughtful changes to gameplay mechanics.
