Coolers

This mod introduces special blocks called Coolers to Minecraft, which function as convenient portable storage and automatic feeding systems.

Main Features

When you place a Cooler block in the world and activate it with a right mouse click, you'll open an interface similar to a chest but with six inventory slots. This makes it an ideal solution for organizing compact food storage during explorations and travels.

Smart Feeding System

The most interesting feature of the Cooler is its ability to automatically feed the player. When you carry the Cooler in your inventory and begin to feel hungry, the device will start replenishing your energy levels. First, it uses a special food buffer, then gradually consumes the items stored in its inventory.

Information Display

Looking at the Cooler's tooltip in your inventory reveals detailed information about the device's status. The display shows:

• Block color status
• Transparency level
• Inventory contents with quantities of each food item
• Food buffer fill level

Note: 1 unit in the buffer corresponds to half a hunger icon in Minecraft's standard interface.

Durability and Safety

The Cooler preserves all its contents when broken, making it a reliable and convenient solution for traveling. No more worries about losing your food supplies if the container gets accidentally destroyed!
