Happiness (is a) Warm Gun
Happiness (is a) Warm Gun (abbreviated as HWG) is a firearms mod for Fabric that draws inspiration from projects like Techguns, Team Fortress 2, Doom, and other iconic games. The developers aimed to create a balanced firearm system - detailed enough to be interesting, yet intuitive and not overloaded with excessive mechanics.
All weapon models are created using JSON and feature minimalist design, which doesn't prevent them from being carefully crafted. New enemies appear in the Minecraft world: armed mercenary illagers, cunning spies, and terrifying technodemons await you in the Nether.
Getting Started
To create your first weapons, you'll need iron, gunpowder, levers, gold nuggets, and other common resources. Using the Gun Table, you can assemble several basic models. Weapons can also drop from mercenary illagers and spies.
However, the table only allows crafting the simplest specimens. To access more powerful weaponry, attract a villager's attention to the table - they will become a Gunsmith and offer an expanded selection for trade.
If you need truly powerful weapons, you'll have to venture into the Nether. Technodemons inhabiting these fiery lands sometimes leave behind unique weapon specimens.
Some special weapon types can only be found in treasure chests.
