

HexLands II
This mod is a completely redesigned and updated version of the original Hex Lands mod by superfluke and other developers. The project has been entirely rewritten from scratch for modern versions of Minecraft.
Key Features
The mod adds two world type presets: "HexLands" and "HexLands (Overworld)". The first option activates hexagonal terrain generation in both the regular world and the Nether, while the second applies this system only to the main world.
Each hexagon on the map corresponds to one biome. Natural boundaries in the form of walls are created between different biome types, creating clear visual separation of territories.
The system is automatically compatible with other mods that add new biomes or modify world generation. Numerous settings for world customization through datapacks are also provided.
Configuration via Datapacks
The entire world generation system in HexLands is available for configuration through datapacks. Users can modify hexagon sizes, biome distribution, and properties of boundaries between them. Detailed information about working with custom world settings is available in the project documentation.
