History of Middle-earth: Legacy

History of Middle-earth is a Minecraft addon mod built upon the "Lord of the Rings" modification foundation.

Innovations in Middle-earth

Our development expands the capabilities of the original LOTR mod by adding numerous unique content elements. The game now features completely new factions, including Arnor and Wicked Dwarves. Additional subfactions have also been implemented: Moriquendi, Firebeards, Minas Morgul, and Arvedui Dwarves. All these additions significantly enrich the gameplay experience.

Skill System

We've introduced three new skills inspired by Runescape mechanics:

• Mining
• Woodcutting
• Animal Husbandry

These skills unlock previously inaccessible opportunities. For example, mining Mordor rock requires reaching level 8 in the mining skill. If needed, the skill system can be disabled through the help menu (H key).

Additional Information

The mod includes many other improvements and additions. It's worth noting that updates will only be released to fix critical bugs. A version for Minecraft 1.16.5 is planned in the near future.
