Hostile Worlds - Invasions

This mod completely revamps gameplay by adding regular nightly invasions to the overworld. Every three in-game days, your base will be attacked by special zombie miners and other hostile mobs with unique abilities.

Invasion Features

Zombie miners can dig through blocks to reach you, while zombie soldiers work in teams to help each other overcome walls and fortifications. All damage inflicted on your base during attacks is temporary - it automatically repairs itself 5 minutes real time after the damage occurs.

Flexible Customization

The mod is designed with modpacks in mind and offers complete invasion customization. You can configure attack parameters and add mobs from other mods provided they are compatible. The balance is specifically designed for modpacks with production systems, where base defense becomes an important part of gameplay.

Attack Skip System

If you're too busy or unprepared for an invasion, use the special sacrifice block to buy off the invaders at the cost of part of your life force. Each skipped assault makes the next attack more difficult. After three consecutive skips, you'll have to face a buffed invasion before you can use the block again.

Server Support

The mod is fully compatible with dedicated servers. You can configure the minimum number of days a player must spend in survival or adventure mode before invasions begin (default - 3 days). New players won't be immediately attacked - the system only counts active playtime. Being in creative mode or spectator mode doesn't count toward playtime.

Technical Requirements

The mod requires CoroUtil to be installed. For Minecraft version 1.7.10, the alpha version of CoroUtil is needed. Please note that the version for 1.7.10 is no longer supported by developers.

The mod can be freely used in any modpacks.
