Hundred Years Warfare
The Hundred Years Warfare mod fundamentally transforms Minecraft gameplay by adding full-fledged civilizations and completely new mechanics. Currently, the project is in early development stage, where the basic foundation for future content is being created.
🔍 Key Features
The mod offers diverse unit types with unique behavior: archers with trajectory shooting, cavalry charges, and siege weapons. Different military units feature a counter-system against each other.
Army management is available through several methods: real-time strategy mode, command wheel, and command staff. The RTS mode includes hotkeys, formation building, and advanced commands.
The built-in relationship system allows diplomacy management and supports cooperative gameplay. A detailed in-game tutorial guide helps master all control elements.
⚙️ Configuration Recommendations
For optimal gaming experience, it's recommended to increase entity render distance to 200%. To improve performance, we suggest using optimization mods:
- Sodium/Embeddium
- EntityCulling
- ImmediatelyFast
- Lithium/Radium
When using shaders, you can disable entity shadows for significant FPS improvement.
📝 Important Information
Hundred Years Warfare is not an exact reconstruction of the Hundred Years' War between England and France, but rather draws inspiration from medieval conflicts in general. Content may include fictional elements.
This is not a pure real-time strategy, but rather a PvE-oriented mod in the spirit of Ancient Warfare 2, where players encounter dynamically developing NPC factions and an expanded raid system.
