Hunter Armor Upgrades
This modification completely reworks the standard armor system in Minecraft, transforming it into a progressive upgrade system inspired by Monster Hunter mechanics.
New Armor System
Instead of the usual replacement of old armor with new equipment, you get the ability to sequentially upgrade each piece of gear up to 7 levels. Each upgrade significantly increases the protective characteristics of the equipment, creating a tangible power progression.
System Features
- Disabled standard recipes - all regular armor recipes (except leather) are disabled, creating interesting progression and additional challenges
- Leather as foundation - the entire system starts with leather armor, which serves as the starting point for further development
- Complex materials - some components for upgrades can only be obtained in dungeons or by defeating bosses
- Universal compatibility - the system works with armor from any mods, using universal recipes for non-standard variants
How to Start Using
First, create an Armor Upgrade Workbench - an expensive but necessary device that provides access to the entire upgrade system. Place any piece of armor in the corresponding slot of the workbench, and the interface will show the materials required for the upgrade. After meeting all conditions, the armor will advance to the next level.
Level Progression
After reaching the 7th upgrade level, armor transitions to the next tier: Leather → Iron → Diamond. This creates a smooth but noticeable power growth curve for your equipment.
