Immersive Tips

This modification aims to make Minecraft more accessible for newcomers through a crowdsourced hints system. When the game launches, helpful tips from experienced players are automatically downloaded - the resource is constantly updated without requiring users to update the mod itself!

Two Types of Useful Advice

The modification offers two types of hints, each with its own specifics:

Loading tips - appear during world creation and in the pause menu Item descriptions - pop up when hovering the cursor over any object in the inventory

How It Works

All informational messages are sourced from an open repository and regularly updated by moderators. Enthusiasts can suggest new hints through a special bot - all submitted ideas undergo quality checks, are edited if necessary, or rejected if they don't meet requirements.

The ability to add hints is useful for developers of other modifications - they can create helpful instructions for users of their addons.

Support for the legacy Tips mod format is also included, complete with its standard set of advice (this feature can be disabled if desired).
