The Swamp Biome
Purple Heart Trees

Swamps now feature their own native tree species - Purple Heart. These trees are typically larger than standard oaks but smaller than fancy oaks. Purple Hearts grow vines on their trunks and leaves and offer a complete set of purple-colored building materials.
Sinking Mud

Exercise caution when exploring swamps - mud near water may prove to be a new hazardous variant called sinking mud. Most creatures stepping onto this surface quickly sink into its muddy trap. For safe navigation through the boggiest areas, leather boots are essential.
Firefly Bushes

Firefly bushes have been enhanced and adapted for this modification. These bushes are scattered throughout the swamp, and at night they illuminate the sky with bright fireflies. Using a bottle on such a bush allows you to catch the fireflies and release them wherever you desire.
Belladonna

Belladonna is a new unique small flower native to swamps. This plant is poisonous and inflicts poison on any creature coming into contact with it. Belladonna can be processed into purple dye.
Swamp Reeds

Swamp reeds are a new type of aquatic vegetation found in swamp shallows. They grow in dense clusters and can be converted into brown dye.

Mobs
Impillagers <img src="https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/a3b2c725b4bbdaba555d6dfac9b32685805dad28.png" alt="Imp**illagers" />
Impillagers are a new trader class. They inhabit unique villages found exclusively in swamp biomes. These creatures are neutral by nature but actively fight hostile mobs and attack regular villagers.
Dung Golem

Dung Golems are a new golem type created from a dung block and a carved pumpkin. Impillagers naturally spawn these golems for combat assistance. Dung Golems attack by shooting dung from their arm cannon. Due to their composition, these golems permanently emit an unpleasant odor.
Impillager Professions
Dung Collector

Dung Collectors harvest all dung around the village and convert it into building blocks. They use a waste basket as their workstation block, which automatically collects dung from nearby farm animals.
Explosives Expert

This self-proclaimed explosives specialist has occupied a small ruins structure to store their supplies. Caution is advised when visiting, though explosion probability is low.
Structures
Swamp Ruins

The swamps now feature unique ruins to explore. Remember to bring an archaeology brush. Each such ruin contains a frog mask, which serves as the key to discovering the rare Frog Temple.
Frog Temple

Little is known about the history of the majestic Frog Temple. It has now become the center of the Impillager village. Rumors suggest these creatures haven't thoroughly searched the temple, leaving potential interesting artifacts behind.
Single Village Houses Impillager homes are built in trees surrounding the temple for protection from ground-based dangers. This behavior may be connected to their past before relocating to the swamps.

Impillagers is compatible with any modifications that do not alter or remove standard Minecraft swamps.
